Ingredients
- 3 cups finely grated cheddar cheese
- 1 large red bell pepper, blackened, peeled and seeded
- ½ onion, finely grated
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon milk, if needed
Directions
- In bowl of food processor, add cheese, pepper, onion, mustard and mayonnaise.
- Pulse mixture until smooth.
- Add milk if needed for desired consistency.
