Apricot Coffee Cake Recipe


Although not a "scratch" recipe, this is a quick, easy, delicious coffeecake.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package white or yellow cake mix 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 21-ounce can apricot pie filling 
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1 cups pecans or walnuts, chopped fine 

Instructions:

  1. Combine cake mix, eggs and pie filling until well blended. 
  2. Spread in 9 x 13-in. greased pan. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle over top. 
  3. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.
