Visit Cake Recipe

Visit cake Ingredients Dough: 

  • 7 oz butter or margarine 
  • 5.5 oz sugar 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 3 eggs 
  • ½ baking powder 
  • 16-17.5 oz flour 
Cream: 

  • 9 oz sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 7 oz butter
  • also: 2-3 lemons

Instructions:

  1. Peel the lemons. 
  2. Cream the butter with sugar and vanilla.
  3. Add eggs, peel, 3.5 oz of cold water. Combine everything well.
  4. Add baking powder, flour and mix the dough that is not tight.
  5. Separate the dough into 4-5 parts. Form a ball from each of it and place on the pan greased with butter (I have a pan that is 10” in diameter). Even out the dough with hands and punch in several places with a fork. Place the pan into the oven preheated to 350F. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Bake all the layers this way.
  6. Prepare the cream. Squeeze the juice out of lemons, so you will have 3.5 oz.
  7. Beat the eggs.
  8. Place sugar into a sauce pan, add lemon juice, 1.5 oz of water, flour, eggs. Bring to a boil.
  9. Remove the mix from heat; add oil and mix everything well. Cool the cream.
  10. Grease the baked layer with the rest of the cream. Cover with the next layer and grease with cream and etc. Let the cake absorb the cream for 8-10 minutes.
  11. Decorate the finished cake to taste. I decorated it with flowers from the sugar paste.

Baked French Toast with Raspberry Preserves & Toasted Almonds Recipe


As the coffee brews and the bacon sizzles, this French toast bakes peacefully in the oven. Moreover, it can be assembled the night before you plan to serve it. And, you may use any jam or preserves you like. Apricot preserves or marmalade make delicious alternatives to the raspberry preserves

Ingredients For French Toast: 

  • 1 1/4 cups raspberry preserves 
  • Ten 4x4x1-inch-thick slices egg bread 
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk 
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream 
  • 1/2 cup sugar 
  • 3 large egg yolks 
  • 3 large eggs 

For Almond Syrup: 

  • 1 1/4 cups light corn syrup 
  • 4 teaspoons sugar 
  • 3/4 teaspoon almond extract 
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted  
  • Confectioners' sugar

Instructions For French Toast Recipe:

  1. Butter 13x10-inch baking dish. Spread preserves evenly over 1 side of each bread slice. 
  2. Cut slices diagonally in half, forming triangles. 
  3. Arrange triangles crosswise in dish, preserves side up and overlapping slightly. 
  4. Whisk milk and next 4 ingredients in large bowl. 
  5. Pour custard over bread. Let bread stand 1 hour, basting occasionally, or cover and refrigerate overnight. 

For Almond Syrup:

Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl, stirring until sugar dissolves. Let stand at least 1 hour.

Do-ahead Tip: 

  • Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate. 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake French toast, uncovered, until puffed and golden brown, about 50 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds and confectioners' sugar; serve with almond syrup.

Ingredients: 

7 oz children’s mix “Malutka” or dry milk
2 oz cocoa
9 oz sugar
6.5-7 oz butter

Instructions:


  1. Add 3.5 oz of water to the sauce pan. Add sugar and bring to a boil. 
  2. Then add butter and boil on a medium heat until the mix starts thickening (The process took me 30 minutes). 
  3. Combine the children’s mix (or dry milk) with cocoa. 
  4. Add the sugar and butter mix and mix well. The resulted mix should be crumbly and bulky. Form balls out of the warm mix, so they will be the size of a walnut. 
  5.  Roll the balls in the cocoa and sugar powder mix. You can also roll the truffles in chopped nuts or coconut flakes.

Fresh Orange jelly Recipe Without Gelatin

Ingredients:

  • 3 oranges
  • 9 oz sugar
  • 2 oz gelatin

Instructions: 

Add 7 oz of cold boiled water to the gelatin and leave for 1 hour.

Squeeze the orange juice. 

Cut the peel into large pieces. 

Add 34 oz of water to the peel, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. 

Then drain and cool to 104 – 122F. Then add sugar and swollen gelatin, bring to a boil, but do not keep boiling. 

Add squeezed juice. Remove from heat. Pour into molds (or parfait glasses) and refrigerate for 5-6 hours.

Caesar Salad Ingredients:


  • 1 loaf of white bread (7 oz) 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 big head of salad 
  • 3 pieces of chicken filet (10.5 oz) 
  • 2 oz Parmesan 
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • olive oil 

Best Caesar Salad Dressing Ingredients: 


  • 2 boiled yolks 
  • 2 teaspoons mustard 
  • 1 garlic clove 
  • 1 teaspoon 6% vinegar 
  • 3.5 oz olive oil 
  • Juice of ½ lemon 
  • Salt 
  • Black ground pepper 

How to Make Caesar Salad?


The classical Caesar salad should have anchovies. I have spent a lot of time looking for them in supermarkets, but could not find them, so I decided to add chicken filet. I liked it.


  1. Cut the crust from the bread loaf. Cut the loaf into small pieces. 
  2. Combine 5 tablespoons of oil with 1 garlic clove squeezed through a garlic press. 
  3. Fry pieces of bread in oil with garlic until it is a golden color.  
  4. Cut the filet into small pieces. 
  5. Fry the filet in oil until read. Add salt and pepper. 
  6. Prepare the dressing. To do that, grate yolks with mustard. 
  7. Add garlic (squeezed through a garlic press), vinegar and lemon juice. 
  8. Then add oil and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. 
  9. Tear the salad with hands and place in a salad plate. 
  10. Then place filet and croutons (it is better to serve croutons before serving, so they will be crunchy). Add sauce. 
  11. Sprinkle grated parmesan on top. Place the salad in plates, cut the eggs into 4 pieces and place on top.

Sunflower Salad Recipe (Leek, Carrots And chicken)


Ingredients:

  • 10.5 oz chicken filet 
  • 14 oz canned corn 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 7 oz marinated champignons 
  • 2 medium carrots 
  • leek or bulb onion chips (oval shaped) 
  • salt 
  • mayonnaise 
  • vegetable oil 
  • fennel 

Instructions: 


  1. Mince the chicken filet. 
  2. SautĂ© the filet in vegetable oil until ready. Add salt. 
  3. Grate the eggs on a small grater. 
  4. Cut the onion into half rings. If you use bulb onion, you need to mince it and add boiling water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water. 
  5. Mince the mushrooms. 
  6. Boil the carrots until ready and grate on a small grater. 
  7. Place the filet on a bottom of the plate (I used a soup plate that is 9” in diameter). Grease with mayonnaise. 
  8. Place carrots on the filet and grease with mayonnaise. 
  9. Place mushrooms on the carrots and grease with mayonnaise. 
  10. Place the onion on the mushrooms. Place the eggs on the onion and grease with mayonnaise. 
  11. Place corn on the eggs. Do not grease it. Stick the chips around the corn, one or two rows, create a border with minced parsley.

Ingredients: 


  • 3-4 oranges 
  • 10.5 oz chicken filet 
  • 1 cucumber 
  • salt 
  • mayonnaise 

Instructions: 


  1. Boil the filet until ready. Cool and mince. 
  2. Wash the oranges. Make zig-zag cuts all around using a special or regular knife. 
  3. Separate into 2 parts. 
  4. Remove the pulp. 
  5. Cut the pulp (remove films) into small pieces (you can use only a part of the pulp for the salad). 
  6. Finely cut the cucumbers into strips. 
  7. Combine filet, oranges, and cucumbers. Add salt to taste. 
  8. Add mayonnaise. 
  9. Place the salad into orange shells. I put cranberries on top – for decoration.

Southwestern Chicken Salad Recipe

Southwestern Chicken Salad Ingredients:


  • This is the recipe for two. 
  • 2 Boneless breast of chicken (marinated) 
  • 1 heart of romaine lettuce 
  • 1/3 bag of american mixture lettuce with carrots and red cabbage 
  • 1 cup corn 
  • 1 cup salsa 
  • 1 cup black beans 
  • 1 cup mushrooms 
  • 1 cup grated cheese 
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions 
  • fresh cilantro 
  • buttermilk ranch dressing 
  • BBQ sauce 
  • fresh lime juice 

Southwestern Chicken Salad Instructions:


This salad can be made early and refrigerated for later in the day. Then simply cook the chicken and serve.
Place 1/3 bag lettuce mixture into salad bowl.

Chop the romaine heart and mix together in salad bowl.

 Add the corn and the black beans.

 Add mushrooms.

 Add salsa.

 Scatter the scallions on top.

 Sprinkle the cheese and add the fresh cilantro.

 Emmmm, emmm !!!!!

 The dressing consist od 1/2 cup buttermilk ranch dressing, 1 tbl BBQ sauce and a healthy squirt of fresh lime juice.

 Mix together and what a great dressing for this salad. Taste it, and if you like more of one othe ingredients, add to taste.

 Place the chicken on a baking rack on top of a cookie sheet (cover with tin foil for easy clean up), and add your favorite spice. I am using blackened chicken seasoning. Then place in the oven on the top rack (as high as it will go) and broil on high for approximately 8 min. per side. (This will depend on the oven, the size of the chicken breast, and the number of chicken breast, but it should not very much for tender juicy chicken every time).

 Flip the chicken and cook on the opposite side. (The oven will smoke and you might even think you are burning the chicken, but you're not. The outside will be nice and toasty and the inside will be juicy and tender. Until you get used to this method, cut the chicken a bit to check the inside before placing them back into the oven if you like). Once I got used to our oven it is a cinch and taste delicious every time. I have even served this one to guest who have sworn I grilled the chicken outside. The first time I made this my husband thought I was using the smoke detector as a timer. Don't worry! Give him a beer and tell him to watch the news......:-)

 Cut the chicken and place on the bottom of a salad bowl, add the salad and add just a tblspoon or so of dressing. This is one of myfavorite dishes. Bon appĂ©tit!

Strawberry Banana Nut Loaf Recipe


Ingredients:


  • 3 cups flour 
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 Tablespoon cinnamon 
  • 2 cups sugar 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1 cup oil 
  • 2 cups frozen sliced strawberries (thawed) 
  • 1 over-ripe banana, mashed well 
  • 1-1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional - you may not want to put this in if you know of any nut allergies) 

Instructions: 



  1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and sugar. 
  2. Stir in 4 beaten eggs, oil, strawberries, banana, and nuts. 
  3. Combine all ingredients until well moistened. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. 
  4. Bake @ 350 degrees for 65 minutes. Cool before removing from pans. Makes 2 loaves!

Banana Blueberry Oatmeal Bread Recipe


Ingredients: 


  • 3 cups flour 
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder 
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt 
  • 1-1/2 cups rolled oats 
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1/2 cup honey 
  • 2 cups bananas 
  • 2/3 cup oil 
  • 2 cups blueberries 

Instructions: 



  1. Combine dry ingredients. Stir in oats. Blend honey, oil, eggs, and bananas in blender. 
  2. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed. Stir in blueberries.
  3.  Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 
  4. Cool in pans 10 minutes. Refrigerate cooled bread before slicing.

  1. Combine cake mix, eggs and pie filling until well blended. 
  2. Spread in 9 x 13-in. greased pan. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts; sprinkle over top. 
  3. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.

  • 1 cup sugar 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  5. These are an unusually light and fluffy biscuit.

Ingredients: 


  • 3 cups water 
  • 2 cups sugar 
  • 1½ cups orange juice 
  • ¼ cup lemon juice 
  • 46-oz. can pineapple juice 
  • 3 bananas, mashed 
  • 3 quarts gingerale or 7-Up 

Instructions: 


  1. In a saucepan combine water and sugar and cook into syrup. 
  2. Remove from heat and stir in orange juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice and bananas. 
  3. Freeze mixture. When ready to serve, place mixture in punch bowl, let thaw and pour in gingerale. 
  4. Or you can chop off small pieces of mixture, enough to fill glasses half-full. Fill glasses with gingerale and serve

Apple Crumble Pie

How to make Easy Apple Crumble Pie Recipe


This is a very, very delicious desert. For sure, everybody will make good comments afterwords.

Ingredients: 


  • All purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Oats - 1 cup
  • Brown Sugar - 2/3 cup
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • Apple peeled and chopped - 4
  •  Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

Instructions: 


  1. Take bowl and mix all purpose flour and baking soda. Now add butter in it and mix well. 
  2. Pour half cup of the flour mixture in baking dish and rest place in oven at 350 degrees. 
  3. Bake till the top turn brown in color. Take a saucepan and add apples, lime juice, sugar, cinnamon and 2 tbsp water. 
  4. Allow the mixture to boil and then remove from flame. Use it as a filling material.

Raspberry & Milk Chocolate Cheesecake


Use good quality chocolate for this sumptuous cheesecake. Raspberries not in season? Just leave them out.

Ingredients: 


  • digestive biscuits - 180g 
  • melted butter - 75g 
  • milk chocolate - 100g 
  • cream cheese - 300g 
  • double cream - 200ml 
  • sugar - 75g 
  • raspberries - 150g 
  • icing sugar - chocolate melted, to serve (optional) - 

Instructions: 

  1. Crumble the digestives in a food processor, add the melted butter and mix well. 
  2. Place in a 20cm flan ring with a push-up base and pat down with the back of a spoon. Melt the chocolate in a microwave or a glass bowl set over a pan of simmering water. 
  3. Mix the cream cheese, cream and sugar together until smooth. Add the raspberries and stir in, then add the melted chocolate and quickly swirl through. 
  4. Spoon into the flan ring and smooth the top with a palette knife, then place in the fridge and chill for 2 hours. Serve dusted with icing sugar and a little melted chocolate if you like

Ingredients: 


  • butter - 50g 
  • caster sugar - 200g 
  • lemon , zested - 1 lemon juice (include the zest from the zested lemon) - 100ml eggs , 
  • separated - 3 
  • plain flour , sifted - 50g 
  • milk - 250ml
  • icing sugar for dusting - 

Instructions:



  1. Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160/gas gas 4. Whizz the butter, sugar and lemon zest until they are pale and creamy in a food processor. 
  2. Add the lemon juice, egg yolks, flour and milk one by one until you have a smooth batter. 
  3. Whisk the egg whites until firm but not stiff, and fold the two mixtures together. Pour into a buttered ovenproof soufflĂ© or baking dish and put it in a baking tray half filled with hot water. 
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the top is lightly browned and set and there is a sort of gooey lemon curd below. Remove the dish from the tray, dust with icing sugar and serve hot, with or without cream.
